SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (March 14, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced that Sweet & Sassy, a children’s boutique offering haircuts, mini manicures and pedicures, birthday parties and children’s fashion accessories, is now open for business in Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS).

Located at 2268 Lone Star Drive, Sweet & Sassy occupies 3,494 square feet of retail space and is co-owned by Stephanie Arnett and Sara Wilson.

“We are excited to open Sweet & Sassy in Town Square,” said Arnett. “The number of families in the Sugar Land area is strong, and I love the easy accessibility of the shopping area.”

Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD, represented PCD in the transaction.  Phil Arnett of CB Richard Ellis represented Sweet & Sassy in the transaction.

“We are very excited Sweet & Sassy chose to make Sugar Land Town Square their debut location to the Houston area and they will be a great addition to our project,” said Frankel. “Everything from the services and products offered, to the design and theme of the store, is designed with children’s tastes in mind and will be a big hit given the abundant number of families in Sugar Land and greater Fort Bend County.”
