SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (Feb. 8, 2007) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced that Motherhood Maternity, the leading designer and retailer of maternity apparel, has opened a new location at Sugar Land Town Square.  Motherhood Maternity relocated from First Colony Mall to16205 City Walk in Sugar Land, Texas and occupies 1,800 square feet of space.

Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD, represented PCD in the transaction.  Edward Tress, vice president of Real Estate for Mothers Work, Inc., the parent company of Motherhood Maternity, represented Motherhood Maternity.
