SUGAR LAND, TX (May 6, 2008) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to announce that visitors to Sugar Land Town Square will soon be able to enjoy the unique cuisine offered by Escalante’s — a restaurant specializing in flavorful Mexican and Tex-Mex food and handcrafted margaritas. Located at 15933 City Walk, the restaurant is scheduled to open in October of this year.

“We are excited to welcome Escalante’s to Sugar Land,” said Steve Ewbank, executive vice president of Planned Community Developers. “Its distinctive cuisine will be a great addition to the already-diverse dining options offered in Town Square, and further positions the development as Sugar Land’s premier dining destination.”

“The casual, yet upscale atmosphere in Sugar Land Town Square is ideal for the Escalante’s model,” said Escalante’s Owner Patrick Torres.

Boasting 5,756 square feet of retail space in Town Square, this location represents the fifth Escalante’s restaurant in the Houston area.

Douglas Ustick of Ustick Law Firm represented Escalante’s in the transaction.
