SUGAR LAND, TX (September 20, 2007)Planned Community Developers (PCD) announced today that Christopher’s Vintage Shave, an upscale full-grooming shop for men, and Cigar Cigar!, a cigar store and private club, will open in Sugar Land Town Square this winter.

“Christopher’s Vintage Shave and Cigar Cigar! each have something new and distinctive to offer and will add to the already diverse variety of stores in Town Square,”  said Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD.  “The mix of national retailers and local boutiques make Sugar Land Town Square a unique place to shop.”

Christopher’s Vintage Shave will occupy 1,610 square feet of retail space at 2288 Texas Drive, next door to the recently opened Mi Luna restaurant.    Among its services, the salon will offer hot-towel shaves, haircuts, facials, manicures and pedicures, shoe shines and complimentary coffee, espresso and wine.

“I chose Sugar Land Town Square because of its unique collaboration and diversity of new and exciting businesses,” said Christopher’s Vintage Shave Owner Christopher Dickerson.

Next door to Christopher’s Vintage Shave, Cigar Cigar! will occupy 2,451 square feet of retail space at 2278 Texas Drive.  Customers will have the opportunity to smoke a premium cigar and relax in the store’s unique surroundings.   Members are welcome to bring their own spirits and take advantage of the bar stocked with glassware and mixers. The luxurious cigar lounge will feature a state-of-the-art air handling system, which allows non-smokers to also enjoy the club atmosphere.

“We are very excited with our move to Town Square.  Having been in Sugar Land for the past six years, we have seen the excitement generated at Town Square and are looking forward to being a part of the scene,” said Cigar Cigar! Owner Richard Tisch.

In the transactions, Jennifer Rabon of Rabon Reid Real Estate Services represented Christopher’s Vintage Shave, LLC and Richard Tisch of Cigar Cigar! LLC represented himself. Frankel represented the lessor, PCD, in both transactions.
