Sugar Land Town Square Hosts Junior Talent Competition

SUGAR LAND, TX (Feb. 07, 2006) – Does your child juggle, sing or have a unique talent? Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS) will host a competition this spring to scout out Fort Bend County’s most talented kids.  Open auditions will be held in the Plaza on Friday, February 23 from 5 – 7 p.m.

Entries will be narrowed to 30 contestants; half of whom will perform on March 10, and the remaining on March 31. Judges will choose six contestants from each performance to advance to a final round of twelve on Saturday, April 14. Each round of the competition will be free and open to the public and take place from 7 – 9 p.m. on the Plaza of Town Square.

Contestants must be between the ages of five and 13 and reside in Fort Bend County. Only individuals will be considered for the competition. The winner will receive an opportunity to perform at one of the three Sugar Land Superstar competitions this summer and receive a prize pack from select SLTS retailers.
