Two new office tenants call Sugar Land Town Square home

Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) announced today that with recent additions to its list of office tenants, office space in Sugar Land Town Square is now 92.6 percent occupied.

Horn Solutions, Inc. is a business consulting and executive search firm specializing in finance, compliance and information technology, serving companies in the energy, financial services, healthcare, real estate and construction industries. The firm occupies 7,819 square feet of space at 2245 Texas Dr., Suite 400. Al Gabosch of Moody Rambin Interests represented Horn Solutions Inc. in the transaction.

With six offices located across the globe, Genscape, Inc. is an energy information services provider. The firm will relocate to 2245 Texas Dr., Suite 280 and occupy 4,000 square feet of space in its corporate office. Randy L. Polasek of Impression Realty, Inc. represented Genscape, Inc. in the transaction.

In addition to these new office tenants, Stuart Rimes, DDS. has renewed its lease and expanded to include an additional 937 square feet of space at 15958 City Walk, Suite 230. Burke-Daniels, Co. has renewed its lease of 2277 Plaza Dr., Suite 200 and was represented by Jon A. Silberman of NAI Houston, and Coffeyville Resources, LLC, represented by Jay Kyle of Colliers International, has expanded its current space and now leases 12,501 square feet at 2245 Texas Dr., Suite 500.
