SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (October 16, 2007) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) recently announced that Relax the Back, a shop offering ergonomic and back support products; Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches; and Gaby’s House of Blooms, Inc., a flower shop are now open in Sugar Land Town Square.

“Sugar Land Town Square continues to attract quality retailers,” said Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD.  “Relax the Back, Jimmy John’s and House of Blooms each bring a unique flair to the Sugar Land community.”

Relax the Back
Located at 2158 Texas Drive, Relax the Back occupies 2,501 square feet of retail space in Town Square. This location marks the health and wellness store’s fourth location in Houston and features open ceilings with modern lighting design.

“We chose to open our store in Sugar Land Town Square because we love the atmosphere of the square,” said Relax the Back President Ernest Jordan. “We also found Sugar Land’s demographics and Town Square’s visibility from Highway 6 to be very attractive.”

Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches
Jimmy John’s occupies 1,479 square feet of retail space at 2276 Lone Star Drive.  The sandwich shop currently boasts more than 552 stores nationwide, with this location being the third in Houston.

“We wanted to open our first Fort Bend location in Sugar Land Town Square because of the importance of initial exposure,” said Jimmy John’s Owner Brett Molgren.  “We intend to open several additional stores to serve Fort Bend County and we felt that having a location in the heart of Sugar Land would be a great way to introduce our selves to the community.”

House of Blooms
Located at 16093K City Walk, House of Blooms now occupies one of the prominent kiosks on the Plaza of Town Square.

“I chose to open my shop in Sugar Land Town Square due to its unique location within Fort Bend County,” said House of Blooms Owner Gabriela Sardinas.  “Our location is in the center of the Plaza which exposes House of Blooms to a broad range of customers.”
