SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE HOSTS CAN- SCULPTING COMPETITION TO BENEFIT EAST FORT BEND HUMAN NEEDS MINISTRY AND OTHER LOCAL CHARITIES

The community is invited to come and view the exhibits and participate in
an all-day food drive.

SUGAR LAND, TX (November 8, 2007) – Sugar Land Town Square will hold a can- sculpting competition on Saturday, November 17 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., where local businesses and organizations will design and build large structures made entirely from canned and other non-perishable food for display and judging in the Plaza.

First, second and third place winners will receive $1,000, $500 and $250 donations, respectively, to a 501c3 charity of their choice. The public is invited to come and admire the exhibits and participate in the all-day food drive that will coincide with the competition.  All food items will be donated to the East Fort Bend Human Needs Ministry.
