SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE CONTINUES MAKEOVER CHALLENGE WITH HEART HEALTH SEMINAR

One lucky participant will win complete makeover provided by select SLTS retailers

SUGAR LAND, TX (April 17, 2007) – Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS) will host the fourth of six seminars in
its Makeover Challenge in the Plaza on April 28 from 10 – 11 a.m.  This seminar, Heart Health: From the Inside
Out, is presented by SLTS in partnership with Shape Up Sugar Land and will feature discussions led by
physicians from St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System.

SLTS launched their “Get Healthy and Stay Healthy in 2007” program in January in an effort to help
Sugar Land retain its title as the “Fittest City in Texas”.*  Through this program, Sugar Land residents not only
have the opportunity to become physically fit, but also have a chance to win a complete makeover from select
SLTS retailers.

The remaining three events will take place the last Saturday of each month from 10 – 11 a.m. in the
Plaza and are free and open to the public. A schedule of the events is listed below.

Each time a resident attends a seminar their name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win the
grand prize which includes: a $250 gift certificate to an apparel retailer of choice in SLTS; $150 gift certificate
to An Albert Luis Salon in SLTS; a three-month membership to Houstonian Lite Health Club with four hours of
personal training; and a $100 gift certificate to New Balance. The grand prize will be drawn at the end of the
