PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPERS WELCOMES NEW OFFICE TENANTS TO SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (April 23, 2008) – Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to welcome two new tenants to Sugar Land Town Square, HirePower Personnel, Inc. and Medical Properties Trust, Inc.

Combined, these businesses will occupy approximately 3,331 square feet of office space in The Plaza.
• HirePower Personnel, Inc. is a contract personnel provider to the oil and gas, engineering, construction, power, offshore, administrative and information technology industries.  The office is an expansion from a current Town Square location.
• Medical Properties Trust, Inc. is a self-advised real estate company that acquires and provides funds for healthcare facilities providing state-of-the-art healthcare services.

The Plaza, located at 2277 Plaza Drive, is at the heart of Sugar Land’s central business district, at the corner of State Highway 6 and U.S. Highway 59.

Directly adjacent to a 300-room Marriott hotel and 55,000 square-foot conference center and Sugar Land’s City Hall, the mid-rise offers 135,000 square feet of Class A office space and 15,000 square feet of ground level retail.

Additionally, PCD is currently constructing an additional Class A office building in the Town Square development.  Construction on the eight-story office building, anchored by the Minute Maid Company, has begun and is scheduled for completion in late 2008.
