PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOPERS ANNOUNCES NEW OFFICE TENANTS IN TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (August 21, 2007) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to welcome five new tenants to Sugar Land Town Square’s Class A office building, The Plaza. C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., Innovative Management Solutions, Inc., Lab Answer, Inc. and Grayson Interests, LLC recently opened the doors to their new offices in The Plaza, located at U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6. In addition, Null-Lairson, P.C. is scheduled to open in September.

“We are excited these companies elected to move their businesses into Town Square,” said Don Janssen, senior vice president of Planned Community Developers. “Our development offers a unique working environment where employees can enjoy all the amenities of a professional, Class A office setting, yet are within walking distance to some of the area’s finest shops and restaurants.” Combined, these businesses will occupy approximately 15,500 square feet of office space in The Plaza.

C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc. is one of North America’s largest third party logistics companies with operations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, South America, Europe and Asia.  The company recently relocated one of their Houston area offices to Town Square.

Innovative Management Solutions, Inc. (IMS) is a full-service project and portfolio management solutions provider. IMS has been in business since 1993, is headquartered in Plano, TX and opened a regional office in Town Square.

LabAnswer, Inc., a laboratory informatics information technology service provider, relocated from Sugar Creek Center Blvd. to The Plaza. It has been in business for 17 years and is owned by Digital Consulting & Software Services, Inc. (DCSS).

Already a tenant in Sugar Land Town Square, Grayson Interests, LLC, signed a lease to occupy space in The Plaza. The company is relocating from its current office on City Walk in Town Square to accommodate its business expansion.

Null-Lairson, P.C., a full-service certified public accounting, financial planning and consulting firm, will relocate its offices from Sugar Creek Center to Town Square this fall.  Founded in 1975, Null-Lairson, P.C. has offices in Houston, Galveston County and Fort Bend County.

Sugar Land Town Square’s first six-story Class A office building is located at the heart of Sugar Land’s central business district, at the corner of State Highway 6 and U.S. Highway 59.

Directly adjacent to a 300-room Marriott hotel and 55,000 square-foot conference center and Sugar Land’s City Hall, the mid-rise offers 135,000 square feet of Class A office space and 15,000 square feet of ground level retail.

Additionally, PCD recently announced its plans to construct a second Class A office building in the Town Square development.  Construction on the eight-story office building is scheduled to begin this summer, with an estimated completion in late 2008.
