Creekside at Town Center - Sugar Land, TX

Creekside at Town Center is a 32 acre mixed use development located at southeast corner of the intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6 in Sugar Land, Texas. Developed by PCD in 1993, Creekside at Town Center is home to such restaurants as BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, Red Lobster, Carrabba's Italian Grill, and Chuck-E-Cheese. Also located at Creekside at Town Center are numerous multi-tenant office buildings and a 15 acre Mercedes Benz auto dealership.
