OLIVES MARTINI BAR & GRILLE COMING SOON TO SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (December 18, 2007) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced that Olives Martini Bar & Grille, a bar and restaurant concept featuring more than 30 varieties of martinis, micro-brewery draft beer, wine, specialty drinks and full lunch and dinner menus, is scheduled to open for business in Sugar Land Town Square in February 2008.

“Growing up in Sugar Land for over 20 years, I have seen the city develop into what it is today and I am very excited to contribute to its continued growth,” said Olives Martini Bar & Grille Owner Chris Reyes.  “I chose Sugar Land Town Square because it has become the epicenter of activities for residents and visitors in the Sugar Land area.”

Located at 2268 Texas Drive, Olives Martini Bar occupies 2,060 square feet of retail space and will feature live jazz music on weekend nights, happy hour specials, piano nights and valet parking.

“We are very excited Olives Martini Bar & Grille chose to make Sugar Land Town Square their debut location in the Houston area,” said Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD.  “Its unique concept will make them a destination in the Fort Bend community.”

Frankel represented PCD in the transaction.  Reyes represented himself.  For more information contact Chris Reyes at (281) 788-2228.
