Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to announce two new tenants to Lake Pointe Town Center, the Whole Foods-anchored shopping center at the intersection of Highway 59 and State Highway 6.  Busy Body is now open for business and Great Greek Grill is scheduled to open by the end of the year.

Busy Body

Busy Body is a specialty home fitness store featuring the retail sale of exercise equipment and other related accessories. This location marks the store’s twelfth in the Houston area.

“We chose to relocate our nearby store to Lake Pointe Town Center because of the health-conscious shoppers in the area,” said Owner Stan Terry. “Busy Body fits well among the list of tenants in the development, such as Whole Foods Market and My Fit Foods.”

Located at 15890 Southwest Freeway, Suite 100, Busy Body occupies 3,195 square feet of space. Fitness consultants at the store are trained to assist customers in assessing their needs to find the proper equipment to help them reach their fitness goals. Busy Body offers such popular home fitness brands as Precor, Cybex, Hoist, Vision, Landice and Vectra.

Charles Adams, vice president of retail for PCD, represented PCD in the transaction; Terry represented Busy Body. More information about Busy Body can be found at

Great Greek Grill

The restaurant’s menu will feature Greek quick-serve specialties such as gyros, pitas, gliders, Greek salads and more. Great Greek Grill will feature a Greek-inspired decorating scheme, including themed elements in all aspects of design.

“We chose to open our latest Great Greek Grill at Lake Pointe Town Center because of its premier location,” said Great Greek Grill Owner Bob Solomon. “We are very familiar with the area and are excited to bring a new dining experience to the Sugar Land community.”

Great Greek Grill will be located at 15810 Southwest Freeway, Suite 400 and will occupy 1,368 square feet of space. This location will mark the restaurant’s third in the Greater Houston area and is scheduled to open in November. The popular restaurant will have five Houston-area locations open by the end of the year.
