Jewelry store to open first Texas location at Sugar Land Town Square

Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) announced today that The Vintage Pearl, a boutique jewelry store from Oklahoma, will open its first Texas location this fall at Sugar Land Town Square. The jeweler specializes in hand-stamped, sterling silver and gold necklaces, bracelets, rings, keepsakes, earrings and related accessories.

The Vintage Pearl opened its first store in 2010, and has since experienced growing success offering a wide variety of modern, eclectic and vintage-inspired jewelry, in addition to creating custom pieces.

“Our store started from an artistic passion for creating jewelry for loved ones,” said Ryan Edwards, owner of The Vintage Pearl. “We were immediately drawn to the family-friendly environment of Sugar Land Town Square and felt that Town Square shoppers would identify with the products we have to offer.”

Scheduled to open in November, the store will occupy 1,404 square of space at 16049 City Walk. Edwards represented The Vintage Pearl in the transaction; Charles Adams, vice president of retail for PCD, represented PCD.
