INNOVATIVE CHILDREN’S HAIR SALON COMING SOON TO LAKE POINTE TOWN CENTER

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (December 13, 2007) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced Snip-its, a salon providing children’s haircuts and parties, will open for business in early 2008 in Lake Pointe Town Center, the mixed-use, lifestyle development at the northwest intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6.

“Sugar Land is a growing market and a wonderful place to raise children,” said Snip- its Owner Jennifer Hohman.  “We wanted to add to the community and establish a salon for Sugar Land families where children can receive a quality haircut in a comfortable and entertaining place that they can call their own.”

Located at 15890 Southwest Freeway, suite 700, Snip-its will occupy 1,500 square feet of retail space in the Whole Foods®-anchored shopping center.

Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD, represented PCD in the transaction. Jim Cockrill, of Coldwell Banker Commercial United, represented Jennifer Hohman of Snips and Giggles, LLC.

“On behalf of Planned Community Developers, I’d like to welcome Snip-its to Lake Pointe,” said Frankel.  “The store’s fun, innovative approach to cutting young children’s hair makes a great addition to the unique collection of retailers who will be operating stores here.”
