EVERYTHING BUT WATER MAKES A BIG SPLASH INTO SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TX (June 13, 2007) – Just in time for summer, Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to announce the addition of Everything But Water to its growing list of Sugar Land Town Square retailers. The new store boasts a wide variety of bathing suits and resort wear in all price ranges for ages 14 and up.

Located at 5977 City Walk, the new store occupies approximately 2,044 square feet of space next door to neighboring retailer Kiss Kiss.

“When researching possibilities for a new location, we were drawn to Sugar Land because of its excellent demographics and chose Town Square due to its prime location within the city,” said Robert J. Wright of Falcon Realty Advisors, LLC.  “We are excited to provide close and convenient services to the residents of Sugar Land and its surrounding communities.”

The Sugar Land store represents Everything But Water’s fifth Houston-area location.
