SUGAR LAND, TX (Nov. 16, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to announce Kolbe Curtice, CCIM, of Curtice Commercial Real Estate recently relocated his business to Sugar Land Town Square, located at U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6.

Curtice Commercial Real Estate is a full-service commercial brokerage company whose services include tenant representation, brokerage services and land development. With over 25 years experience, Curtice has negotiated more than 500 commercial real estate leases or sales transactions throughout Texas. In Fort Bend, his firm has represented a number of prestigious clients including Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and Memorial Hermann Hospital. In 2006, Curtice Commercial Real Estate leased or sold over 175,000 square feet of office and retail space (with a value of more than $23.3 million) in Fort Bend County.
