Steve Fuqua Homes Relocates Office to Sugar Land Town Square

SUGAR LAND, TX (April 27, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to announce Steve Fuqua and Dan Roth of the award-winning Steve Fuqua Homes recently relocated their business to Sugar Land Town Square’s new Class A office building, The Plaza, located at U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6. They signed a lease to occupy approximately 2,500 square feet in the new property.

Serving the Sugar Land area for more than a quarter of a century, Fuqua prides himself as First Colony’s first custom homebuilder. In that time, he and Roth have constructed more than 450 custom homes for families all over Fort Bend County.

Sugar Land Town Square Welcomes Swoozie’s, JoAnn’s

SUGAR LAND, TX (April 7, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) announces two new retail vendors coming soon to Sugar Land Town Square.

Swoozie’s, a national stationery and gifts shop, recently signed a lease to occupy 5,446 square feet in Sugar Land Town Square. JoAnn’s, a women’s apparel and accessories store, will occupy 4,129 square feet of the property.

PARKING METERS IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE WILL OFFER VISITORS CONVENIENT PARKING

New parking meters to be uncovered April 22; net proceeds will benefit
The Plaza Events Fund

Sugar Land, Texas (April 7, 2006) – Visitors to Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS) should be aware of upcoming changes in parking. Beginning April 22, parking meters previously installed for the street parking in SLTS will become active.

Customers visiting the bustling Town Square Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. who choose to park on City Walk, Lone Star Drive, Texas Drive or Town Square Place will be required to pay 25 cents per half hour, with a maximum stay of two hours.
