SUGAR LAND, TX (November 20, 2008) – Zounds, a retail store specializing in hearing aid sales and demonstrations, recently opened its doors in Lake Pointe Town Center, the mixed-use, lifestyle development at the northwest intersection of U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6.

Charlie Adams, vice president of retail for Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD), represented PCD in its lease of the 1,536 square-foot-space at 1865 South Highway 6, Suite 120. Steven Thomas of Staubach Retail represented the tenant.

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (August 19, 2008) – Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) recently announced that three new retail tenants are coming soon to Lake Pointe Town Center.  Kalologie Skincare, a one-stop shop for skin care needs; Hinz Jewelers, a custom-made jewelry showroom; and Mattress Expo, a mattress and bedding accessory store, have plans to open stores in Sugar Land by the end of the year.
