SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (Jan. 23, 2007) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to announce Amica Mutual Insurance Company recently relocated its Sugar Land office to The Plaza — Sugar Land Town Square’s newest 6-story, Class A office building, located at U.S. Highway 59 and State Highway 6.

Amica is a direct writer of personal lines insurance offering automobile, homeowners, personal umbrella liability and marine coverages.  Established in 1907, Amica remains the oldest mutual insurer of automobiles in the United States.

“We are glad to be in the new office in Sugar Land Town Square,” said Robert R. Foss, Jr., of Amica Mutual Insurance Company. “The price, quality and accessibility of the office building are great, as well as the added convenience of nearby dining and shopping within walking distance for our employees.”

The company’s new office is located at 2277 Plaza Drive, Suite 400 and features more than 13,000 square feet of office space.  In addition to its Sugar Land location, Amica has offices in Dallas and 26 other states throughout the nation.

Amica’s Sharon Drury, Blackacre Advisors’ Don Wenig and NAI Houston’s Randy Wilhelm and Mary Dadura represented Amica in the transaction.  Don Janssen, senior vice president of PCD, represented PCD.
