Summary

First Colony is a 9,700 acre master planned community, located in the southwest Houston (Sugar Land) area, which began in 1975 and is near substantial buildout. First Colony has a population of approximately 60,000 in just under 16,000 homes served by over 7 million square feet of commercial and retail space. PCD has developed First Colony with the highest standards in architectural design, materials, and quality.
