AN ALBERT LUIZ SALON & SPA OPENS UPSCALE BOUTIQUE IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (October 13, 2009) – An Albert Luiz Salon & Spa is pleased to announce its newest clothing store, WARDROBE-the boutique, is now open for business in Sugar Land Town Square.  Located at 16069 City Walk, next door to Amici, WARDROBE offers formal wear for proms and galas, custom evening gowns for pageants and black-tie events, bridal gowns and a large selection of jewelry and footwear.

“In a thriving community like Sugar Land, options for evening wear and unique, couture bridal gowns do not currently exist,” said WARDROBE Store Director Ephraim Danforth. “We felt it was a tremendous opportunity to expand the Albert Luiz presence in Sugar Land Town Square and bring a new and exciting option in evening wear to our community.”

SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE WELCOMES SUGARLAND SHAKE

Classic-style diner to offer burgers and milkshakes

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (October 8, 2009) – Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to announce the addition of its newest eatery — Sugarland Shake. Set to open this month, Sugarland Shake will reflect a modern interpretation of the classic diner and will serve hamburgers, hot dogs, soups, sandwiches, salads, desserts and milkshakes.

The restaurant will utilize 3,175 square feet of retail space at 16019 City Walk and will feature original artwork commissioned by local artist Roberto Cervantes.

Patrick Berrios Designs, Inc. and CKI Design Studios open for business in Sugar Land

SUGAR LAND, TX (October 5, 2009) – Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to announce Patrick Berrios Designs, Inc. and CKI Design Studios recently opened their doors in Sugar Land Town Square.

Patrick Berrios Designs, Inc., a residential design firm, relocated its business to Town Square from Houston.
