VINEYARD ON THE SQUARE OPENS NEW BISTRO IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (March 31, 2009) – Vineyard on the Square, Sugar Land Town Square’s wildly popular wine bar, is pleased to announce its new Bistro is now open for business.  Owners Marc Hachach and Kelly Harris announced plans last year to expand their current location on the Plaza of Town Square to include the space next door.

In addition to the light dishes previously offered by The Vineyard, the Bistro boasts full brunch, lunch and dinner menus featuring European bistro-style foods and a selection of artisanal cheeses.

CHARMING CHARLIE GRAND OPENING IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TX (March 23, 2009) – Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to announce that Charming Charlie is now open for business in Sugar Land Town Square.   Located at 16250 City Walk, the Houston-based fashion accessories retailer occupies 6,640 square feet of prime retail space on the corner of City Walk and Lone Star Drive.

“Opening weekend certainly proved to be a success,” said Charming Charlie President Steve Lovell.  “Given the current state of the economy, the consumer has embraced the Charming Charlie concept and we are extremely pleased with the initial results of the Sugar Land Town Square location.”

LOGGIA SPORTS BAR SWEETENS NIGHT LIFE IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TX (March 13, 2009) – Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (PCD) is pleased to announce Loggia, a contemporary sports bar lounge and restaurant, is now open for business in Sugar Land Town Square next door to Olive’s Martini Bar & Grille.

Loggia utilizes a 1,400 square foot patio and the front of the restaurant is comprised of 15 sliding-glass doors.   The open-air design of the sports bar stays true to its name, which describes a building with one side open.  Boasting 5,366 square feet of space, Loggia also offers an elevated lounge area, 28 plasma high-definition televisions, Nintendo Wii, billiards and a private party room.
