LUGGAGE & LEATHER NOW OPEN IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

SUGAR LAND, TX (January 18, 2008) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced Luggage & Leather is now open for business in Sugar Land Town Square.  Luggage & Leather specializes in the sale of luggage, small leather goods, handbags and travel and business accessories.

“Throughout our 27 years in business, Luggage & Leather has gained a very loyal clientele from the Sugar Land area,” said Luggage & Leather Owner Rick Gilger.  “By opening our Town Square location we can now provide these customers with a closer shopping opportunity and bring a sense of ease to the travel experience.”

MINUTE MAID® SELECTS SUGAR LAND FOR RELOCATION

(SUGAR LAND, TEXAS) –Coca-Cola North America recently announced plans to move its Houston-area Minute Maid Business Unit headquarters to Sugar Land Town Square, a project that will bring more than 250 jobs and several million dollars in new capital investment to the City.

The Minute Maid unit will occupy 115,000 square feet of the new 200,000 square- foot, Class A office building currently under construction at 2150 Town Square Place in Sugar Land Town Square directly across from Sugar Land City Hall. To attract the company, Sugar Land offered an incentive package which included a direct cash incentive from the Sugar Land Development Corporation of $240,000 per year for 10 years.
