Two National Children’s Retailers Expand Their Businesses to Sugar Land Town Square

Learning Express Now Open in the Plaza, Right Start Coming Soon

SUGAR LAND, TX (Oct. 18, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) announced today that Learning Express, a specialty toy retailer, opened the doors to its newest franchise in Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS) last week. Additionally, Right Start, a specialty retailer providing products and services for the care, feeding, safety, education and play needs of families with infants and young children, signed a lease to move in later this year.

“We are excited to welcome these two national retailers to Town Square,” said Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD. “Their target clientele and fun, engaging storefronts are the perfect fit for our familyfriendly development.”

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (Oct. 16, 2006) – 100.3 KILT and the City of Sugar Land are teaming up to bring the sweet sounds of Mercury Records’ Sugarland back to their namesake town for an exclusive, live broadcast from the steps of City Hall on Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 6 p.m. Hosted by Afternoon Radio Personality and Sugar Land Resident Rowdy Yates, Studio KILT will feature interview segments and live, acoustic performances by lead singers Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush.

“100.3 KILT has championed Sugarland’s music from the beginning, and we’re proud to host them on Studio KILT in the great city of Sugar Land,” said Jeff Garrison, 100.3 KILT program director.

SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE WELCOMES A NEW FACE – SONA MEDSPA

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (Oct. 11, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) announces that Sona MedSpa, a medical spa facility, recently opened its third Houstonarea location in Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS). Sona MedSpa offers an array of skin care services including laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, photo facials, laser vein removal and other cosmetic treatments.

“When researching possibilities for a new franchise in Sugar Land, we were drawn to Town Square because of its prime location in the city,” said Sona MedSpa Manager Nathalie Moore. “We are excited to be able to provide close and convenient services to the residents of Sugar Land and its surrounding communities.”

KISS KISS RELOCATES TO SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE

Kiss, Sugar Land’s original denim headquarters, recently relocated its Sugar Land area boutique to Town
Square. Previously an innovative ladies’ boutique, Kiss Kiss has expanded its new location to include clothing
and accessories for men, as well as women.

Located at 15989 City Walk, Kiss Kiss occupies 2,163 square feet of retail space and is located beside
Johnny Rockets.

SHOP IN SUGAR LAND TOWN SQUARE TO SAVE LIVES WITH THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY HOLIDAY SHOPPING CARD

SUGAR LAND, TX (October 11, 2006) – Start your holiday shopping early and save big! Participating Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS) retailers teamed up with the American Cancer Society’s Annual Holiday Shopping Card to offer shoppers an opportunity to save 20 percent on all their purchases starting Thursday, October 26 through Sunday, November, 5.

To begin saving, shoppers must make a donation of $60 or more to the American Cancer Society. The entire amount donated goes directly to the American Cancer Society and is taxdeductible.

The best chili cooks in Fort Bend County will go head-to-head in a friendly competition to see who has the best chili in Sugar Land, with proceeds benefiting the Fort Bend County Women’s Center. Sugar Land Town Square will serve as host to its first chili cook-off on Saturday, October 14 from 5 – 8 p.m.

Sugar Land Town Square Welcomes JoAnn’s

SUGAR LAND, TEXAS (Oct. 2, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) today announced that JoAnn’s, a women’s apparel and accessories store, recently opened for business in Sugar Land Town Square.

JoAnn’s boasts four locations in the Houston area, including a Sugar Land location that relocated to Sugar Land Town Square, and will occupy 4,129 square feet. JoAnn’s new location will be located at 16185 City Walk, in between Ann Taylor Loft and The Sharper Image.
