Sugar Land Town Square is Next Stop for Learning Express

SUGAR LAND, TX (June 21, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) announced today Learning Express, the nation’s leading specialty toy retailer, will open its newest franchise in Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS). Scheduled to open in mid-August, Learning Express will occupy 3,072 square feet of the center.

“We are excited to welcome Learning Express to Town Square,” said Bruce Frankel, director of retail leasing for PCD. “Their vibrant storefront and unique selection of toys and games for children will be an excellent addition to Town Center.”

Johnny Rockets Restaurant Brings Blast From the Past to Sugar Land Town Square Visitors

SUGAR LAND, TX (June 21, 2006) – Planned Community Developers (PCD) is pleased to announce Johnny Rockets, a 50’s-style diner, will open its third Houston-area location in Sugar Land Town Square (SLTS) this summer. Known for their big burgers and hand-dipped shakes, the restaurant will occupy 3,208 square feet of retail space within the 32-acre town center.

“We are excited to welcome Johnny Rockets to the square,” said Executive Vice President of PCD Steve Ewbank. “I think it will fast become a local favorite because their feel-good Americana atmosphere is unique to that of any restaurant in our area.”
